Long-Range Planning

The Service Authority maintains a five-year Capital Improvements Program (CIP) that is updated every year. The projects in this program and their timeframe for implementation are derived from Prince William County's Comprehensive Plan. These are primarily projects that the Service Authority expects to build.

The current CIP document is available at the link below.  A  hard copy is available for purchase  for $87.00 (at cost).  To order a hard copy CIP, please call the Engineering Division at 703.335.7934.  Once the order is placed, it will take approximately a week to prepare a document for pickup.
