Shailaja Poluru
Director of People and Talent
Ms. Shailaja Poluru joined the Service Authority as Director of People and Talent in March 2024, after having contracted with the organization as a human resources (HR) subject matter expert for several months. Prior to joining the Service Authority, Shailaja managed HR operations for senior executives at Accenture. She earned a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and a master’s degree in human resources management from India. She is a Senior Certified Professional of the Society for Human Resources Management.
