Payments by check or money order can be mailed or dropped off at either the Authority’s Main Headquarters Building or drop off locations listed below.

Credit/Debit Card

Credit/Debit card payments can be made: By phone, or on-line. A $2.60 transaction charge will be applied to all payments made by credit/debit card. This processing fee is charged and collected by an electronic payment vendor and will show up on your credit card statement as a charge from Link2gov.

On-line: Credit/Debit card payments can made on-line by selecting the Customer Self Service or Pay Your Bill On-line options on the Authority’s home page. You will be asked to sign-in or create an on-line account.

E-Check

Payment by electronic check (e-check) is a free service that can be made on-line by selecting the Customer Self Service or Pay Your Bill On-line options on the Authority’s home page. You will be asked to sign-in or create an on-line account.

What is an e-check? An e-check is the digital equivalent of a paper check from your check book. Instead of writing and mailing a paper check, you simply enter your bank’s routing number and your bank account number online and the payment is electronically submitted to your bank for payment.

Automatic Bill Payment

Pay your water and sewer bill automatically from your checking account by signing up for Automatic Bill Payment. This is a free service.

What is Automatic Bank Drafting? Entering into an Automatic Bill Payment Agreement allows the Service Authority to draft your bank account in the amount of your monthly bill. You will continue to receive your monthly statement by mail. Each month, 11-14 days after your bill date, your payment will be deducted from your designated bank account and applied to your PWCSA account. A message will appear on your monthly statement advising you that “Your bank account will be drafted for $___”. Any disputed charges must be communicated to the Customer Service Department within 10 days of the bill date. If you have additional questions about bank drafting, please email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or contact our Customer Service Department during normal business hours of Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm.

To sign up now, click here to print the Automatic Bill Payment Authorization Form. Please complete the entire form and attach a valid voided check to your application (deposits slips are not accepted). Requests must be faxed or mailed to the fax number or address on the form. The Authority requires five business (5) days to process a bank drafting agreement.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO THE AUTHORITY'S MAIN OFFICE

From I-66:
Take the Centreville Route 28 exit. Follow Route 28 South through Centreville and Manassas Park. Shortly after entering the City of Manassas, turn left from Route 28 (Centreville Road) onto Liberia Avenue (at Manassas Junction Shopping Center). Follow Liberia Avenue until the intersection with Prince William Parkway (at Davis Ford Crossing Shopping Center). Turn left onto Prince William Parkway. Follow Prince William Parkway approximately eight (8) miles to a left onto County Complex Court. Our building is on the right at 4 County Complex Court (Raymond Spittle Building) in front of the water tower.
