Inquiries regarding solicitations or addenda should be directed to the Procurement Department by calling 703-335-8925, or you may visit the office Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am – 4:30pm. The office is located at 4 County Complex Court, Woodbridge, Virginia.

Vendors must register with the Service Authority to be automatically notified of bids, proposals, and addenda. To become a registered vendor, complete and return to the Procurement Department, a copy of the Bidders Application form. For using the correct commodity codes, please click below. A copy of the form may be downloaded from this website or you may obtain a copy by contacting the office.
