Why is a Customer Credit Adjustment on my bill?
The Service Authority realizes that some of our customers are experiencing financial hardships as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. To give back to the community we serve, the Board of Directors approved the distribution of $2.7 million to customers as a one-time bill credit.
Who is eligible for the Customer Credit Adjustment?
Current Service Authority customers who were in service prior to July 1, 2020.
When will I see the Customer Credit Adjustment on my bill?
Customers will see the credit as a separate line item on their bills between September 28, 2020 and October 27, 2020.
