Mooney Advanced Water Reclamation Facility (AWRF) in Woodbridge, the Grubbs Environmental Center features a state-of-the-art 6,200-square-foot laboratory space and an educational exhibit detailing the life cycle of treated water and the important role the Mooney AWRF plays in keeping the Chesapeake Bay Watershed healthy.
