Thirty-one Prince William County high school students received awards during the Prince William County Service Authority’s 2023 Water Art Invitational on Thursday, March 09. Denise Kamgaing, a junior at Colgan High School, took home this year’s Grand Prize. Her submission depicting the reflection of women retrieving water from a well provides a unique and beautifully crafted depiction of the theme, "Every Drop Counts."
