Water Academy Summer 2018

Although the application deadline for the 2018 Water Academy has passed, the Service Authority is proud to announce that it has received a 2018 Green Community Award for the program!

Beginning Wednesday, June 20, 2018, the Service Authority will host is second annual Water Academy. The five-session course is open to Service Authority customers who are interested in learning about topics such as water and wastewater infrastructure and treatment as well as their relation to environmental protection. It is an active, engaging and hands-on program!

The goal of the Water Academy is to foster understanding about the value of the Service Authority for a diverse network of citizens who are willing to serve as outreach ambassadors. A graduation ceremony will be held for those who successfully complete the course. Click here to download a printable course overview.

There is no fee to apply or attend the Service Authority Water Academy. Specific topics that will be covered during the course are listed below.
