The Division of Management & Budget is responsible for furthering the Service Authority’s mission and achieving the highest quality service in the following areas: operational and financial planning and analysis, procurement of goods and services, contracts management, and logistics and warehousing.

Lyle Beefelt, Director

Lyle Beefelt has more than 34 years of experience in the water and wastewater industry focusing on finance, acquisition and logistics. Mr. Beefelt is a long-time Prince William County resident, having volunteered for numerous community organizations and served on the Prince William County School Board from 1996-2003. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Brigham Young University.
