The Finance Division is responsible for providing excellent customer service to external and internal customers; maintaining sound financial and risk mitigation structures; and reporting relevant, reliable and timely financial information to promote effective decision making.

Brian Sipes, Director

Brian Sipes has more than 20 years of experience in accounting and finance. Before joining the Service Authority, Mr. Sipes was with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board, where he advised the board on the establishment of auditing and related professional practice standards. Brian also was an auditor with an international accounting firm for over a decade. He received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from George Mason University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
