Vendor Meetings

Generally, Vendor Meetings are scheduled virtually through (MS Teams) as follows:

3rd Wednesday of the Month
10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
via MS Teams

Please call 703-335-8925 to schedule an appointment for a Vendor Meeting between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday (EST)

Note: During this informal meeting, a representative of the company will have an opportunity to provide a brief, 20-minute presentation about their services or products for the Service Authority end users. Attendance at this meeting does NOT guarantee receiving a contract award.
