Request for Fire Hydrant Flow Test

I, the undersigned, hereby request that the PWCSA flow test the fire hydrants described above. I understand that the PWCSA is in no way responsible for any Assumptions, calculations, or designs made based on the results of this test. I also understand that the flows available from these hydrants are subject to change due to changes or variations in the PWCSA’s water system. Flow tests provided by the PWCSA are a free service and are performed weather permitting. The flow tests are not scheduled and performed in the order they are received. Please allow 2-4 weeks for flow test results.

Bond Release Request form

Please complete the following fields to request Service Authority perform a bond release inspection of the water and sewer items. **Note: Final Pavement must be installed prior to requesting a Bond Release inspection.** Service Authority inspectors will receive 30 days to perform an inspection from the time this request is submitted. If all items are found acceptable, a release letter will be issued to you and to the Prince William County bond coordinator. If there are deficient items, a punch list will be forwarded to you by the inspector.

Mooney Plant and Education Center Tours

Situated on the campus of the Service Authority's award-winning H.L. Mooney Advanced Water Reclamation Facility (AWRF) in Woodbridge, the Grubbs Environmental Center features a state-of-the-art 6,200-square-foot laboratory space and an educational exhibit detailing the life cycle of treated water and the important role the Mooney AWRF plays in keeping the Chesapeake Bay Watershed healthy.
