Project Description

The Montclair/Four Seasons Water System Improvements Project provides improved reliability to Montclair, Four Seasons, Brittany and Southlake, as well as commercial areas and neighborhoods along Dumfries Road. The three main components of the project include a Booster Pumping Station, Supply Main and Discharge Mains.

Current Project Activities

The Service Authority’s Design-Builder (ACE/KCI) began construction activities in July 2022.
Current & Upcoming Construction activities include:

  • Initial work comprised of tree removal along the future access drive route, followed by the installation of the discharge main.
  • Construction of the discharge water main from Old Stage Road towards the future booster pumping station site.
  • Ongoing activities for the supply water main between I-95 and the future booster pumping station site.
  • Activity for the discharge water main connecting the future booster pumping station site to the Four Seasons community is scheduled to begin the week of January 30, 2023.

ACE/KCI may require periodic access through the Four Seasons community. The portion of the nature trail from 17381 to the area behind 17411 Four Season Drive is closed for the duration of the project. Residents and others walking in this vicinity should not bypass the safety fencing or use the closed section of the nature trail.
